Astrology has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — but there’s a difference between being drawn to something and going all the way in. At some point I stopped reading about it casually and started studying it the way it deserves to be studied. What I keep coming back to is how much a chart can explain about the things people spend years trying to figure out about themselves — why they love the way they do, why certain patterns keep showing up, why some things feel easy and others feel like swimming against a current.
I’m a Scorpio rising, which means I came to astrology the way most Scorpio risings come to things they care about. Nose first, completely, until I understood it from the inside out. I got certified because I wanted to be able to do this properly, not just intuitively.

There are two lunations a month that are genuinely worth paying attention to — the new moon and the full moon. Everyone experiences the general energy of those moons, but where they land in your chart is a completely different conversation.
A new moon in Taurus hits different when it’s sitting in your 10th house versus your 2nd. A full moon in Scorpio is going to mean something specific to you based on where Scorpio lives in your chart, what planets are nearby, and what’s been building in that area of your life.

Your natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment you were born. Every planet was somewhere, and where it was says something about who you are, what you need, what you’re here to figure out, and where things tend to get complicated.
This is the reading I find most meaningful to do, because a full chart has layers. There’s who you think you are (your sun), how you actually feel things (your moon), how the world reads you before you even speak (your rising), and then there’s everything else: your Venus telling you about love and money, your Mars telling you how you go after what you want, your Saturn telling you where life keeps making you do the work.

If you don’t know your exact birth time, that’s okay. We can still do a reading, but I’ll note where the uncertainty affects the interpretation. Your rising sign and house placements require an accurate birth time, so if you can dig up a birth certificate, it’s worth it.
